Refund Policy

The refund policy is as follows:
  • If notice is given two weeks before the start of class, a full refund will be given, minus a $20 administration charge.
  • There will be no refund offered once classes begin.
  • Families will be offered the option to join another class that may work better with their needs. If no classes work, then the refund policy above will take effect.
  • There is not a pro-rated fee for joining after classes start.
  • There is no refund for missed classes missed in a session. 
  • If a class is cancelled during a session due to sickness of instructor, an extra week will be added. This is at the discretion of the instructors. A refund for a cancelled class will only be given if an alternative method has not been provided.
  • If a session of classes is cancelled due to low enrolment, or other circumstances, families are encouraged to join another class. If no other classes work for the family, a full refund will be offered.

Media Release

By agreeing to the media release at registration you give permission to Music Moves for Kids to:
  • use any photos or videos taken of your child, you, your spouse, or their caregiver that were taken during classes.
  • use the photos or videos for advertising purposes on social media, print, website, workshops, that are related solely to the purpose of promoting Music Moves for Kids programs.

Music Moves for Kids will not disclose any names or personal information when using photos or videos. All personal information shared with Music Moves for Kids is solely confidential and will not be shared with a third party without written permission. 

Liability Waiver

By agreeing to the Liability Waiver disclosure at registration, you agree to the following:
  • You, your spouse, and/or caregiver are attending classes with Music Moves for Kids with your child(ren) and understand that participation is at your own risk.
  • Music Moves for Kids and the instructors are released of any liability in the event of an accident or illness during the time of their classes.
  • Music Moves for Kids instructors are granted permission to take appropriate action should emergency medical treatment be needed on your behalf. The instructors of Music Moves for Kids classes will assist as needed should your child(ren) need emergency medical treatment; as you, your spouse, or child's caregiver will always be on site with your child(ren) during classes and events.
  • Any major damages caused by accidental, negligent or wrongful acts during classes are at your own expense.
