    Accepting Registrations for Term 1 (September 21 - November 30, 2026)

    Use this form to register for Music Moves for Kids Classes.
    For Music for Your Brain Sessions, please contact us.
    If a caregiver other than a parent or guardian will be attending, please provide their name in the field above. 
    Use the following fields for registering additional children in the same family.
    Refund Policy, Media Release, and Liability Waiver
    By clicking the submit button below, you confirm you have read and agree to the Refund Policy, Media Release, and Liability Waiver as outlined on the     Policies page.  If you do not give permission to the Media Release Policy, please send an email via the contact form that you would like to opt out of the Media Release as outlined on the policies page.  
    Tuition Fees:
    Tuition: $120 per child, per term. 
    For families enrolling multiple siblings in the same class, the first child is $120, and each additional sibling is $72.

    Full payment of tuition is due at the time of registration.  Payment is accepted through e-transfers to [email protected]. 

    Upon clicking the submit button below, you should receive a confirmation screen that reads "Thank you. Your registration has been submitted".
